Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@therampsupply.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Products damaged in transit. You must inspect each product upon delivery. We and you agree that any products delivered are full, complete, and undamaged unless: (a.) you notify the delivery courier of such missing pieces or damage; (b.) the delivery courier makes a note of this on the delivery receipt; and (c.) you notify us of this within 7 days by e-mail (with supporting photographs) at info@therampsupply.co. We reserve the right to have any damaged product to be returned to us to be replaced. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, bespoke products (such as bespoke designs or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you've placed an order, received an email confirmation of order and an email confirmation of processing and dispatch, you should have your parcel within 5-7 working days, depending on your location.  We can check the locations of some of our parcels for you and sort it out straight away if it doubt email us at info@therampsupply.co
